Recruitment Standards:
• Must pass an interview with leadership regarding: – Why they want to join? – What they can bring to RWA? – Strengths and weaknesses? – Attributes? – Any prior training? – Etc.
• Must meet all Uniform Standards.
• Must participate in a minimum number of games alongside sponsor.
• Full knowledge of current hand signals and formations.
• Must pass with a 100% approval vote from RWA leadership, 90% approval vote from active roster to be approved.
